Robert Wilson-Philip Glass’ pivotal work “Eistein on the Beach” has been captivating audiences since 1976. It’s the composer’s first, longest and most famous opera. As Glass celebrates his 75th birthday, the Luminato Festival of Arts and Creativity brings this new production to Toronto and marks the first time that Einstein has been presented on this continent outside of New York City. The combination of dance, theatre, song and light will immerse you and captivate your intrigue. The opera is scored and written by Philip Glass with design and direction by Robert Wilson and choreography by Lucinda Childs.
